Salary £30,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday- Friday and every other Saturday.
Rare and wonderful opportunity for a talented and resilient Property Manager to join this multi award winning company and its Monday to Friday. Our client is a leading Independent Residential Real Estate & Commercial Service Provider. Guild of Property Professionals, Relocation Agent Network and ARMA member, regulated by RICS.
Your role will include:
Preparing
agreements for tenants
Negotiating
contract renewals
Managing
a large rental portfolio
Organising
inventories to take place
Arranging
for gas, water, and electrical checks
Keeping
vendors and tenants up to date at all times
Skills & Attributes:
Administration and information technology
Communication and negotiating
Well-presented and professional
Confident and responsible
Ability to work on your own initiative
Make responsible decisions
Prepared to work flexible hours
Positive and encouraging
Courteous to both clients and co-workers
Stress management and problem solving
Driving licence is preferred but not essential
