Philadelphia suburbs based Commercial Construction GC/CM company is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager for a full time permanent staff position.
Commercial construction experience is required for consideration (ground up, additions, renovations,). Individuals will have seven (7) or more years of strong commercial construction experience, Office Buildings, Healthcare (Laboratories, Cleanrooms, Hospital, etc.), Warehouse, Manufacturing facilities, Senior Living facilities, Multi-Family Apartments, or Condominiums, Academic/Institutional, etc.
Projects range from $10-50 million.

Requirements
A minimum of at least seven (7) or more years of commercial experience
Relevant commercial work/ project experience
Competitive compensation & benefits package based on experience
College Degree a plus
Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE area.
