This person is a key leader and contributor in defining strategies that will impact multiple departmental work streams, and will develop, analyze, measure, optimize, and document current and future processes across the TUG & CKNA Supply organization. This person takes a holistic approach for end-to-end process creation, evaluation, improvement, and mapping; creates the foundation for how teams work together.At its core, the Director of Business Process is defined by an expertise and understanding of stability in current processes and agility for future processes. This involves knowledge of product development, collaborating with our global partners and orchestrating our supply chain processes in tandem with our business processes.The Underwear Group & CKNA Director of Business Process is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, executing, and auditing of processes that enable efficiencies and accountability for all business process and corporate procedures. Strong ability in connecting the dots, providing strategic communication, problem solving, risk management, facilitating meetings, and ensuring quality control are elements essential to this role. The Director of Business Process is responsible for partnering with cross-functional partners to drive the creation, documentation, and / or evolution of Supply processes across various functional areas.
