POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Management (PM) Coordinator supports the communication and execution of all projects within global key consumption periods and social media. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Project Management. This individual is responsible for establishing project timelines based on information provided in the strategic brief under the direction of the Senior Manager. He or she assists the process from inception to completion, including participation in budgets, production schedules, resource allocation, delivery of assets, archive management, and the ability to know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may affect on time delivery. This role requires an understanding of the CK brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity. The PM Coordinator will work alongside marketing, creative, media, and integrated production across many levels of the organization. The PM Coordinator should have experience with project management and social media channels. He/she should have experience with retail brands and an awareness of the go-to-market process.

Experience: 1-2+ years project management experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
