Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, directs the mapping and facilities management functions of the Engineering Department.  Responsible for creating and distributing accurate up-to-date mapping and informational databases; meeting with customers, developers, contractors, and other agencies; designing new and upgraded services and developing material lists and cost estimates. Responsible for the direct supervision of the contract tree trimmers. 
Educational requirements include an associate degree in engineering or related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience requirements include a minimum of three years working with electrical distribution systems.
Working knowledge of electric distribution system design and layout.
