LivePerson is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our
Email Experiences
team as a
Senior Product Manager
. Together with the software development team you will build the strategic solution for integrating email conversations into our
Conversational Cloud platform
for further servicing and monitoring. This role provides an opportunity to enter a fast-growing organization and shape the future of LivePerson.
In this role you will:
Define the product strategy and roadmap, and breakdown to epics and user stories, which is executable by the team.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure quality delivery that meets the requirements.
Build go-to-market strategy including positioning and messaging, pricing, sales tools and collateral.
Run beta and pilot programs with our top customers, using early-stage products.
Perform product demos to customers, and coach the field organization how to pitch the product.
Act as a leader within the company to push the adoption of the product, and advocate for product enhancements to provide a whole solution for customer needs.
Required qualifications:
4 years professional experience in Product Management roles.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and using collaboration tools e.g. Jira, Confluence
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Experience presenting to and influencing senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player
