Leads support of functions that provide program operations to include transition, innovation, communication, security, quality and tool development and maintenance.
* The Program Operations Manager provides leadership and oversees the day-to-day operations and delivery of all of Program Operations tasks in support of the NARSIL Program while focusing on strategic and operational planning in support of the overall NARSIL program.
* The Program Operations Manager acts as the Program Manager in times of absence of the Program Manager.
* Coordinates with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to identify current and future staffing needs.
* Collaborates with the Program Manager, Business Operations Manager, and Task Leads to review and submit Narsil program deliverables.
* Supports planning the program budget in collaboration with the Program Manager, FEDSIM COR and NARSIL TPOC.
* Enhances the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities for efficiencies.
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with NARSIL directorates, teammates, external partners, and vendors.
Requires BA/BS with 12 or more years of experience, with at least six plus years as a manager.
Requires Active TS/SCI clearance with Polgra****
Colorado Salary Maximum:$256,360.00
