We're searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager that will lead the next phase of go-to-market strategy and execution for programs across New Relic One. This highly visible, cross-functional role is perfect for a curious, proactive product marketer looking to make a major impact at a publicly traded company.
Using customer research, competitive intelligence, and quantitative analysis, this critical role will work closely with monetization, product, and field leaders to build high-impact marketing programs, write messaging, and develop assets to drive adoption for new and existing customers.
Opportunity to work from a remote office may be available depending on applicant location.
What You'll Do
Drive corporate positioning and messaging that resonates with our core buyer audiences: Economic buyers and decision makers including CIOs and CTOs, VPs of engineering, etc.
Empower our sales and customer-facing teams with the playbooks, messaging, tools and training they need to confidently articulate our pricing differentiation and the power of New Relic.
Partner with product to launch product-led growth programs and experiences.
Investigate our user types, capabilities available with each edition, and data ingest to become an inhouse expert on all things New Relic pricing and the observability industry.
Define and implement thought leadership campaigns on packaging and pricing relevant topics including competitive analysis, analyst briefs, and more.
Partner with marketing to build engaging content such as blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, workshops, and webinars.
Your Qualifications
Must-have:
3 years in SaaS product marketing, pricing, product management or monetization at a high-growth B2B software company
Proven track record positioning pricing and packaging changes and creating commerce experiences for both technical users and economic decision makers
Experience writing compelling audience-empathetic messaging, differentiated positioning, and useful field guidance
Strong research abilities including customer segmentation, pricing and metric analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Demonstrated ability developing creative solutions to sophisticated problems with a rapid learning approach
Adept at guiding peers and executives, and building consensus in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or related experience
Nice-to-have:
MBA or advanced technical education or certifications
Experience in the observability, monitoring, DevOps, cloud services, or other dev tooling spaces preferred
