What we're looking for:
As a Senior Manager, Security Incident Commander, you will become an integral part of Citrix's Global Security Organization. You will take on the mission of managing critical situations to a variety of cyber response scenarios, including major security events, incidents, and vulnerabilities.You will be part of a seasoned leadership team responsible for security monitoring andresponse for Citrix. Your expertisewill help advise, develop, and mature processes and response capabilities, while enhancing the overall security posture of Citrix.
Role Responsibilities
Provide oversight and leadership for the Product Security Incident Response and
Threat & Vulnerability Management teams
Serve as Incident Commander, l
eading and
e
xecuting response processes for security incidents and events, product incidents, major vulnerabilities, and other emergency security matters
Ensure scanning and reporting of vulnerabilities while driving remediation with patching teams and stakeholders across Citrix
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders from across Citrix to ensure response workflows are executed
to resolution
Conduct incident response post-mortems and lessons learned
Continuously drive remediation and resolution to complex security problems
Influence and innovate Citrix's security posture
Conduct various scoped cyber investigations
Contribute to playbook and runbook development/improvement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
Experience coordinating cyber security incident response working with globally dispersed teams (preferably while working in or for the software industry)
Experience responding to cyber security incidents that involve/occur on cloud technologies and infrastructure
Prior experience working in incident commander
roles
Experience conducting briefings to executive level leadership and performing post incident after action reviews
Experience using common security tooling to conduct investigations, create detections, and mitigate threats (EDR, SOAR, SIEM, Firewall, IDP/IPS tooling)
Have worked a variety of incident response cases including but not limited to nation state attacks, organized crime, and insider threat
Basic understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, etc.)
Ability and willingness to work on call rotation (24/7) and/or a shifted schedule as needed
Willing to consider 100% remote employees
