to join their team (link removed)> Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations at the construction site, set performance goals and deadlines, leading daily meetings, maintain a safe job site and assure compliance with Chapter 33 of the New York City Building Code and any rules promulgated thereunder at each job site for which the construction superintendent is responsible.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
5-10 years of experience as a construction superintendent
Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
