Pay Range:
$117,000 - $147,500
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting Supply Leadership in strategy formulation and execution through thought-partnership, project management, process creation, and leveraging collective knowledge & skills to unlock value for PVH and the end consumer. As part of the Global Supply Strategy team, you will connect the dots across the enterprise, incubate and build out new strategies, lead global Supply strategic planning, and cascade the vision and strategies to cross-functional partners to enable execution at the brand and region level. The right candidate must be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a strong problem solver. This individual will collaborate with cross functional partners, communicate/present to senior leadership, synthesize diverse perspectives, drive alignment, manage meetings with senior leaders, and will need to be able to influence others outside of their scope of control. This individual will manage key projects and initiatives in support of long term strategic vision, operationalize new ways of working, and identify white space opportunities.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Strategy

• Support the creation, iteration, and communication of multi-year supply strategies that fuel the growth of PVH’s brands and regions

• Think critically to connect the dots across strategies, evolve initiatives, and support strategy team

• Collaborate with regional supply strategy teams and cross-functional partners to align and prioritize strategies

• Support initiative and project execution as needed – convene & facilitate working group, align on objectives and metrics, launch initiatives, track & communicate progress

• Maintain a holistic understanding of the business across all functions & geographies

• Strategic storytelling- effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires action

• Maintain and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impact

• Assess projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including ROI analysis, resourcing needs, and future impact to the business

 

Leadership Reporting

• Manage processes and information for key supply chain reporting to leadership

• Communicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence action

• Execute and track goals and initiatives

• Measure progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI

• Support evolution and creation of supply chain reporting (understand objective, assess information available, partner with subject owners, synthesize information, propose format for leadership reporting)

• Partner with Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate data and timely reporting

 

Communication

• Communicate strategies, projects, and asks to cross functional teams & partners through various mediums

• Support planning & execution of global Supply events and communications (both internally and externally)

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting or strategy role preferred

• Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people

• Proven ability to create, implement and measure a strategy or project

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS degree optional

 

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written/framing/details/closure

• Strategic thinking – able to take initiative through thought leadership, build hypothesis, and outline solutions
