RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all Sunflower transactions are accurate and properly documented within the system in accordance with company guidelines and Customer/Government requirements. Monitors the accuracy of all Sunflower transactions and resolves system discrepancies in a timely manner. Recommends/suggests system changes/updates to management as necessary. Assist in the performance of internal Customer/Government audits in accordance with established company procedures and Customer/Government regulations. Creates and maintains any required/requested audit/inventory reports and distributes them to the necessary stakeholders as required or requested.
Troubleshoots and analyzes daily Sunflower data entries and provides/recommends solutions for resolving random/systemic errors
Enters and monitors inventory transaction data for the Sunflower system
Monitors Sunflower system performance, identifies problems, and develops recommendations/solutions for improving transactional inputs and system efficiencies
Monitors Costpoint to Sunflower data transaction tables and provides problem solution support for any inventory interface problems
Assist in the investigation and reporting of missing or damaged (LTDD) Customer items
Assist in the performance of internal Property Management audit
Develops various required/requested data/performance reports and distributes them to relevant stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred
Three years previous supply chain management experience required
Familiarity with property management or similar computerized inventory control system software solution packages (i.e. Sunflower) required
Must possess comprehensive knowledge of commercial and government property regulations and other relevant processes and procedures for supply chain management
Broad range of other computer skills--database, spreadsheet, statistics applications, and other supply chain software applications required
Knowledge of the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and how to use its many decision making tools would be a plus
NPMA Certification desire
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion
Candidates with experience in Afghanistan, Iraq or similar remote post conflict locations will have a definite advantage
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
