Are you a master story-teller? A digital marketing guru? Do you know the Adobe Creative Suite like the back of your hand? Is creativity your superpower? If so, we want to meet you. Neighborhood Church is looking for our next Communications Director.
Whether it be social media, graphic design, or web development, our ideal candidate is someone who can wear many creative hats. We’re looking for a lifelong learner and self-starter. Someone who stays up to speed with the latest and greatest digital marketing trends and strategies.
This role is an opportunity to flex all your creative muscles—not just to tell the story of Neighborhood Church, but to make a real difference in peoples’ lives.
What we are looking for in a Communications Director:
An imperfect but growing follower of Jesus.
Someone who embraces the mission and values of Neighborhood Church.
Someone who is culturally savvy yet theologically grounded.
Someone who is continually growing in their craft.
Someone who is innovative and creative and wants the freedom to try new things.
Excellent administrative and communication skills.
Someone who is at the top of the class as a visual artist and content manager (photography, videography, graphic design, social media, etc)
Someone who can maintain a healthy spiritual balance of work and rest.
Someone who can be open and transparent with the other staff team members; admit struggles and fears; encourage; deal with conflict in an authentic, healthy, and direct manner.

Graphic Design for Print and Web
Web Development
Social Media Coordination
Content strategy
Email Marketing
Photography
