The Registered Nurse Case Manager is responsible for facilitating the navigation of patients through their episode of hospitalization. Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years experience preferred Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Washington
