Intern Construction Management

The Construction Management Intern will assist senior staff as they oversee the entire design and construction process on a variety of developments, both new construction and substantial rehabilitation. You will assist in performing pre-construction physical due diligence, analysis of construction cost estimates, review of plans in design development, oversight of construction in progress and other activities as appropriate. You'll gain experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants at various stages of a project's life cycle. You'll also interact with our in-house property management, resident services and asset management staff. Working for Enterprise, you'll acquire an appreciation for the critical role of construction management from the Owner's perspective.
