What you'll do on a typical day:
Work with account, program and site leadership as required to gain an in-depth understanding of company and customer processes
Collect data from various customer sources and enter data accurately into company database
Coordinate with new team members and leaders to capture needed information to complete onboarding and other associated LDAP processes
Partner with various customer teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
Appropriately escalate complex issues to the next level of management
Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward more efficient LDAP management
Efficiently maintain multiple account processes simultaneously
Maintain training and knowledge of customer policies regarding all aspects of LDAP management
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience customer service in a distributions, logistics or warehousing environment
Microsoft Office experience
It'd be great if you also have:
Advanced functionality skills in MS Office suite
Proficiency in Google suite office tools
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
