The Associate Creative Director - North America will work with the Global Creative Director and key internal partners to deliver creative excellence across the Marketing and Communications function.This role can be located in Chicago, New York, Florida or virtual/hybrid Chicago ,New York or Florida regions. The Associate Creative Director – North America will:Support the Global Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and presentations as neededAssist internal clients in crafting an accurate brief; Partner with Account team to ensure requirements are understoodLead all aspects of the execution of creative projects from concept to final delivery ensuring assets are developed in line with the brief, specified objectives and aligned to our Aon Story; partner with the Account Director to ensure smooth project handoff and deliveryCollaborate with and provide ongoing feedback/creative direction to both internal design teams, internal partners and external vendors, ensuring output demonstrates excellence across every touchpoint while adhering to effective application of the new visual identity; refine and challenge creative briefs / strategies when necessaryEnsure our new visual identity and messaging is consistent across all deliverables in North America/LATAM; partner with EMEA and APAC creative leaders, connecting the dots across regions, ensuring alignment across programsEvangelize and protect the new brand as well as help aid in the understanding and activation; be a mentor and brand ambassador to all colleagues and act as liaison between creative team and marketing/communications/digital/campaigns colleagues as the need arisesDrive creative team development and trainingNurture and maintain strong relationships with the creative team, creative network, internal stakeholders and agency partnersHave hands-on knowledge of current software packages both print and digital; possess a “sleeves rolled up” approach to solving design projectsHelp build a culture of creativity and inclusivity Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree required10 yrs of relevant experience is preferredWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
