Job Summary:The Customer Success Manager will support the Account Management and Advisor teams. This is an opportunity to support out growing customer base and focus on expanding your insurance knowledge. This means handling endorsements, retention, money collection and providing coverage advice to our customers. A Customer Success Manager will have the opportunity to advance their career and move into an Account Management role with excellent performance.
