Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Oversee QEMs.
Oversee warehouse processes and associates.
Hire and terminate installers.
Submit payroll and time cards.
Conduct safety/hazard walks on a monthly basis.
Conduct a safety/hazard meeting on a weekly basis.
Conduct a shop meeting on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
Must be able to read the English language.
Must have satisfactory reading comprehension and retention.
Must be able to write in the English language.
Must have 2 years of management experience in the flooring industry minimally.
Must have customer service experience in a similar field.
