Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence- Remote','WD30133775341','!*!What you will do 
The Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence will manage data strategy and execution for Commercial and cross-functional needs of the Global Products (GP) organization. He/she will lead a team while working with IT, Finance and Sales in the development, delivery, and management of reporting, analytic innovation, Artificial Intelligence modeling, and solution design. You will also work alongside the Commercial Leader in identifying and understanding the analytical needs of the Commercial organization, and with IT in developing a scalable and sustainable infrastructure to execute on the business needs.
 
How you will do it 


Offer recommendations and analysis on course correction and magnitude of business issues. 
Implement sustainable business and technology improvement plans to execute on analytics strategy.
Work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects using creativity, flexibility and organizational skills.
Development of programs to advance commercial analytics capabilities through data-driven strategies.
Identify and implement best-in-class technology to empower the business with advanced analytics, data engineering, data science, and statistical analysis.
 

','!*!What we look for 
Required 


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum 10 years in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Statistics.
Minimum 5 years in a direct leadership role. 
Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems, forge new paths for growth, and achieve challenging goals.
Experience extracting and manipulating large data sets to generate insights.  
Expertise in some combination of SQL, Tibco Spotfire, Jira, R, Powershell and/or Python.
