The Specialities business is significantly and increasingly material to the Shell Group by focusing on Customer centricity, Competitive Cost, and within Aspired portfolio to deliver maximum integrated value. Specialities is a Global end-to-end business which manages Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Production, and Product technology of Bitumen and Sulphur. Not only is it important for our Upstream business (by representing a significant advantage to our customers who make their commercial decisions based on the successful evacuation of excess sulphur) but also our Downstream business is improving refinery crude flexibility and, in partnership with Manufacturing, managing refinery residue streams.
What’s the role?
Help build Shell’s presence on two of the most aggressive growing markets within Asia and create value by building a world-class distributorship that can set market trends to the region
Be the driver of growth within our premium markets and maintaining distributor partnership within the current portfolio
Embody the idea of the Specialties business by promoting and serving as role model of the overall strategy that includes customer-centricity, portfolio management and delivering high-class service within Shell’s tenets
Work closely together with the Supply and Trading teams to create and maintain sourcing options
-Drive Shell’s compliance on Safety and Controls and bring the same level of commitment to safety to our partners and distributors
