The Senior Director of Practice Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all Center Health Care (CHC) services and programs. The Senior Director of Practice Operations provides leadership, direction and oversight for all medical, dental, and clinical support services, with accountability for the operational, financial, and administrative functions. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with executive leadership u00A0in creating and maintaining u00A0a strategic plan for CHC, including expectations and targets Responsible for all non-provider staff , including hiring, guidance, support, development Demonstrate outstanding collaboration and support in working with the Chief Medical Officer, providers, and other colleagues on strategic and quality matters.
