Senior IS Program Manager

**Providence is calling a Senior IS Program Manager to one of our locations in the Seattle, Portland, or Los Angeles area.**
We are seeking a Senior IS Program Manager to join the PMO (Project Management Office) within Enterprise Information Security (EIS) who will have scope and responsibility in managing projects aligned to the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO). The Senior IS Program Manager is responsible for advising, consulting, and managing a number of complex initiatives under a common objective at PSJH under a single program. Works collaboratively with business/facility operational leadership, intake and governance teams, as well as IS groups required to mature vendor management practices. This role will be the point of contact between business/facility executive leadership and the resource managers of all IS teams, and is responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating progress of the program. Facilitate between executive leadership, resource managers of all IS teams, project management and consulting resources, and will be responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating the status of the program. Accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex program objectives, managing change and resolving issues that span across project teams while incorporating a continuous improvement mindset. It requires a leader to deal with high degrees of ambiguity, ensure strategic alignment, and effectively drive project delivery while collaborating with others.
**In this position you will have the following responsibilities:**
Responsible for advising, consulting, and/or managing a complex program of projects designed to support PSJH to achieve strategic goals and initiatives typical programs assigned to a Sr Program Manager will span across several of these operational pillars and functional areas and may require collaboration and coordination with other programs.
Builds support to influence decisions in order to ensure work toward common objectives.
Proactively informs and influences others in order to maintain the balance required between business needs; project partner strategy and standards; and financial requirements and budgets.
Facilitates strategic planning with internal customers for deployment of information technologies and/or major services and products related to new growth and expansion efforts.
Manage client expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the project/program lifecycle.
Develop and gain sponsor approval for project delivery dates.
Manage portfolio programs with increased complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional priority.
Engages and organizes the assignment of activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project estimates, task dependencies and schedule.
Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans.
Develops, initiates and manages a communication plan, including regular program status reports.
Manages stakeholders and multiple project teams in the context of a single program.
Acts as a coach and mentor to others, especially (but not limited to) other project management staff.
Facilitates customer needs for multiple departments and their associated lines of business.
Develops root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
Maintains all program artifacts.
Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project (when applicable).
Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
7 years leadership experience, leading technical teams in a complex and fast past moving environment.
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
Bachelors degree or higher.
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Cyber security experience
