u003cpu003eCrain Communications is looking for a Director of Digital Engagement to conceive and deliver marketing initiatives aimed at increasing reader engagement, building habit and supporting efforts to generate revenue from prospective and existing customers.u0026nbsp; You will partner with other digital Marketing leads including the Head of Acquisition and Retention Marketing as well as the Sr Director of Analytics and Optimization to ensure strategies are aligned and efficiencies are met.u0026nbsp; Similarly, success in this role is dependent on you working as an effective liaison between Crainu0026rsquo;s Marketing and Editorial teams, highlighting opportunities for collaboration that support the strategic and business goals of both departments.u0026nbsp;u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eYou will be expected to build bespoke marketing plans for select brands within the Crain portfolio and drive results through measurement and optimization.u0026nbsp; As part of developing a successful engagement strategy, you will be expected to define performance metrics and business KPIs, set targets, track progress and disseminate relevant learnings to senior leadership and staff.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThis is a leadership role with a high degree of cross-functional coordination across departments and brands and will require someone with effective interpersonal and communication skills.u0026nbsp;u0026nbsp; Analyticsu003c/emu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eDefine performance metrics and business KPIs, set goals and track progress.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eUnderstand core audience segments by Brand to inform strategy and plan; initiate new data-led programs to better understand prospective and known audiences with the aim of personalization and optimizing onsite engagement strategies for defined user segment groups.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eDevelop established systems to ensure the effective tools are in place to access engagement performance metrics in a timely manner across Crainu0026rsquo;s various web assets and the teamu0026rsquo;s campaign activity.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cpu003eu003cemu003eDesign u0026amp;
