to to lead high performing teams of Product Managers serving the Online Experiences Product Group in one of our four teams: Infinity, Search, Recommendations, or Voice.
As a Senior Product Manager,
you will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives driving supporting both customer needs and business objectives and key results. As a champion of your strategy and customers, you will champion your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
If you are analytical, detail and results oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, you are an ideal candidate for this role. Individuals coming into these roles will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class customer experiences. You will need to be data driven and a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally to drive them to completion and measure outcomes. You will demonstrate keen skills working across departments to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers.
Key Responsibilities

Mastery in both crafting strategy and overall execution for a product or multiple products

Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
Minimum Qualifications
2 or more years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
1 or more years of experience with direct people management and team management
1 or more years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
2 or more years of experience with direct people management and team management
Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers.
Ability to understand basic and complex process flows, data flows, and architectural diagrams.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
Experience on teams using data science and/or machine learned solutions.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex issues and influence others, including business and technical leaders.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
