Description

As Salesforce Product Manager, you will be accountable for leading the ongoing optimization and management of our CRM platform and supporting our growing sales and marketing teams. In this role you will work with key stakeholders to define our CRM vision & roadmap, identify platform improvements and guide them through the IT development process, and lead the continued development of our training program. By managing our Salesforce platform, which is the primary workflow system for sales and marketing, you will have a direct hand in defining and improving our business reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities


Drive development roadmap, working closely with sales leadership and end-users
Identify opportunities for automation of manual data entry processes
Guide creation of IT stories to implement roadmap, managing our IT development team
Manage prioritization of the IT development backlog
Lead regular touchpoints with end users to communicate roadmap and new releases
Lead continued development of new employee training program and continued education session for existing team
Participate in Humana's enterprise Salesforce strategy & new release discussions, ensuring we are getting the most out of our available features
Stay up to date on new Salesforce functionality releases and provide feedback & suggestions to Humana's enterprise Salesforce team
Assist in report building and dashboard design
Monitor and analyze KPIs
Work with analytics team on integrations and data uploads


Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
3 years of product management experience and/or consulting experience
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical capabilities
Project management experience


Desired Qualifications


Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience using Salesforce
Experience in healthcare sector
