ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are

Coordinate facility repairs to minimize impacts to operations.
Set up and maintain vendor and service provider contracts for facility support.
Schedule common areas requested by teams.
Receive and process visitors to the facility.
Open, close, or secure facility, as assigned.
Respond to team requests for supplies to conduct operations.
Handle on-site deliveries.
Conduct frequent, ongoing inspections and evaluations of all aspects of the physical property, from critical life safety and mechanical systems to details of cleanliness.
Respond to building emergencies.
Track facility issues and requests through a service desk application.
Record and maintain inventory of facility assets
Backup Operations Support Technician responsibilities.
Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Three (3) years of office or facilities management and coordination experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have or be able to attain a National Agency Check with Inquiries, requires US Citizenship.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Outgoing, energetic personality
Effective communicator, verbal and written
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to perform duties with minimal guidance
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
Understanding of Agile software development methodology preferred
