Marketing Technology Manager

Profile

Provide solutions and recommendations for best practices and processes involving current technology to aid various marketing and business development projects and objectives
Create, customize and maintain reports to assist in analyzing ROI on business development and marketing efforts, including mailings and events
Data Quality
Ensure the integrity of the data in the firm's CRM system is maintained
Ensure ongoing data and list quality through analysis, research, and validation to firm standards
Perform initial and on-going data quality cleaning and tasks
Develop and implement data maintenance plans and best practices to monitor the integrity of the data utilized in mass mailings and manage the planning and execution for the firm's various marketing business development projects
Training
Be a resource to attorneys, practice group leaders and the BDM team to design efficient and effective use of CRM by individuals and groups
Oversight of InterAction database and Concep training and onboarding for new and current users
Create and maintain all marketing technology training and reference materials
Serve as the primary technical/functionality troubleshooting contact for marketing technologies
Desired Skills and Experience
5-7 years of experience working with marketing technology in a professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Significant experience with CRM and email marketing systems and related integration and reporting features
Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) and managing website content
Strong sense of initiative in seeking out new technologies that have potential to be used as effective marketing tools
Highly motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple project simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with lawyers, business professionals and direct reports
Project team management experience
Experience working independently, as well as within cross-functional teams, in a collaborative and professional environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
