Job Description:

Purpose

1) To act as the Maintenance Engineer to perform the necessary maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and functionality of the plant installations

2) Responsible in regular review of maintenance SOP/WI to ensure compliance with DEP and local regulations. Also review of the maintenance program for continuous improvement in reliability, productivity and costs effectiveness

Accountabilities


Compliance to HSSE standards and requirements to make Luboil Blending Plant (LOBP) a safe place to work and accountable for all assigned Critical activities such as lifting, working at height, confines space work etc.
Promote safe work culture amongst the contractors and service providers for the workshop.
Perform Authorized engineer as per LOBP Permit to Work (PTW) requirement.
Drive high standard of personal accountability & performance to deliver the Site & Department goals and target.
Demonstrate positive Leadership attributes - personal integrity, inspire & aspire, collaborative, commercial mindset and deliver extraordinary business outcome.
Accountable to ensure all assigned Critical activities per Process Safety requirements are executed as planned, all Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance are also well executed and in compliance to local statutory requirements and DEPs.
Lead in-depth troubleshooting of plant equipment and provide maintenance technical support to plant operations and execute preventive maintenane program.
Participate in the plant Reliability and Integrity study with the regional engineers.
Perform equipment condition monitoring whenever required & liaise with relevant subject matter experts/specialist/OEM to address any arising issues, problems & concerns.
Adhere to LGAME-ME process and contribute towards effectiveness of process. Review and improve maintenance work planning & quality. Ensure equipment history is captured in GSAP and timely closure of completed work orders.
Identify, propose and execute improvement initiatives to eliminate plant reliability threats, inefficiency and ineffectiveness in the field execution. Troubleshoot equipment failures to address and eliminate the root cause and implement technical solutions. Work in collaboration with Operation, Engineering and others in resolving reliability issues and interface for effective maintenance execution.
Maintain and review spare part stock inventory including stock items, surplus items to ensure optimum level for continued plant availability. Ensures inventory is monitored and evaluated on a set frequency.
Recommend spare parts, modification of equipment and proper selection to sustain/improve plant equipment performance (reliability, safety, effectiveness & efficiency).


Requirement:


Relevant Degree either in Mechanical or Electrical
4-6 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry plant mechanical maintenance field.
Strong technical and practical experience in executing maintenance field work and managing the contractors on site.
Skill in Job Hazard Analysis, Permit to Work system and LOTO.
Familiar in GAME ME process, SAP and minor project planning.
Good experience in collaboration and interfacing with others.
Skill in troubleshooting equipment failures and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and behaviours will be taken into account during the selection process.
