**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a leading certified Shopify Plus Partner agency that was born in Telluride, Colorado, and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help scale our delivery team. We work with leading direct to consumer ecommerce brands like Bodega, ILIA Beauty, and BYLT Basics to help them get the most out of their Shopify stores to grow their business. Our project managers are key team members who interface both with our clients and with our internal team members to make sure requirements are gathered thoroughly, our projects are organized and that they’re delivered on time and under budget. They work with our internal tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Loom to facilitate this. The ideal candidate loves to create and implement processes, procedures, SOPs, etc, and will own the process and team responsible for delivering great work for our clients. They will be responsible for managing our project management software, ClickUp, and creating templates, automations, and views that are helpful for all aspects of the business like capacity/resource planning and scheduling, hiring, and more. We are looking for someone who is great at: – Owning end to end delivery of eCommerce development projects – Creating process, documentation, training around existing and new workflows – Using technology to automate repetitive tasks so we can spend time on more creative and fulfilling work – Comfortable running calls with clients and providing updates through ClickUp, email, or Slack – Showing up consistently and professionally (you’re organized, presentable, and give a shit!)
Day-to-day responsibilities: – Monitoring ClickUp to ensure that tasks are scheduled appropriately and they are getting done on time, under budget – Work with internal team to run agile processes and identify any road blocks, working creatively to problem solve them – Check-in calls with our amazing group of clients, updating them on all the great work we’re doing for them! – Continuing to iterate on processes based on learnings and experiences
BONUS POINTS if you have the following experience: – worked at an agency before – experience with Shopify and eCommerce in general – any project management certifications – deep experience with ClickUp If you have the above experience I’ll probably hire you on the spot!
