Members of the Consumer & Marketplace Insights (CMI) team advance thought leadership and organizational capability across our brands as well as help identify the business- and brand-building opportunities that will enable and fuel our continued growth.
POSITION SUMMARY
A leader within the CMI team, the Sr. Director, Consumer Insights - CMI will be tasked with leading the team responsible for bringing the voice of the consumer into all key business decision making processes. In partnership with the greater CMI team/businesses/shared services, this leader will deliver consumer research capabilities to the organization inclusive of primary research (surveys, focus groups, and interviews), voice of the customer (CSAT/NPS, reviews, etc.) and social listening insights.
Success in this role will depend upon a rigorous and detail oriented analytical approach, intellectual curiosity, a creative approach to addressing complex challenges, and the ability to balance clear, strategic thinking with pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up engagement and action.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for blending ‘art and science’ across a wide variety of sources of information that will create a meaningful impact on the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and partnering closely with other teams across the organization.
