The Employee Experience, Communication and Culture team owns a wide scope of responsibilities, as the name suggests. On our team, no two days are the same. We’re communication strategists, change management experts, creative problem-solvers, culture gurus, engagement drivers, employee experience advocates, DEI ambassadors— and more. We help drive connection, alignment, and purpose among our global workforce. Together, we deliver compelling and engaging internal communications using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.
About the opportunity:
The Employee Experience and Events Manager will be responsible for helping to execute internal events that engage, inform, and inspire employees in support of culture and values. The role will play a critical part in developing exceptional employee experiences, bringing the fun to our digital and physical workplaces and fostering employee engagement at the global and local level. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, is a self-motivator and exceptional project manager.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to create globally scalable employee engagement initiatives that support the company's business goals and initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of a wide-range of internal events that reinforce our culture, drive engagement and celebrate moments of pride for Pure.
Bring creativity and fun to internal events ensuring events are engaging, memorable and special for our employees.
Project manage company-wide events and watch parties, ensuring all internal events are well executed and are in line with company policies.
Coordinate with local teams and leaders to ensure execution of events across our top sites globally. Manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor management and logistics for events at our Mountain View headquarters.
Continuously analyze the effectiveness of internal events and make recommendations for improvement.
Consult with leaders of our top global sites to drive site-engagement for local teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field
5 years of experience in internal comms, employee experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality internal events
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong creative skills with the ability to bring event concepts to life
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Knowledge of best practices in internal events and employee engagement

****The annual base salary range is: $112,000-$168,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
