Job Description
This role supports Aetna Voice Advantage (AVA) Member and Provider IVR applications, providing day-to-day operational support (table maintenance, etc.) as needed to adapt voice response system to customer needs and driving direction in incident response activities. This role also provides AVA performance reports to track authentication and containment rates against plan and to establish baseline containment metrics for future state AI-based IVR.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience
- 3 years data interpretation and analysis experience
- Strong experience with Excel, Access and Web based tools
- Strong technical and written skills
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management
- Work autonomously to learn, maintain, develop and monitor application performance and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IVR/AVA technologies
- Understanding of SAFe practices
- Understanding of Health care business
- Understanding of Member and Provider experience
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
