As a Paid Media Manager at BestReviews, you will play an integral role in driving high quality traffic. You will own the day-to-day execution, performance and strategy of a diverse digital media portfolio across categories, including paid search, retargeting, YouTube, and OTT. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including data science, product, content, creative, and engineering. Your work will have an immediate and direct impact on our traffic and revenue.

****The Paid Media manager will own the strategy, day-to-day execution and performance of a diverse digital media portfolio across categories, including paid search, retargeting, YouTube, and OTT.
Responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling multi-persona, full funnel campaigns that drive demand
Run campaigns across the entire buyer lifecycle, from brand awareness to customer adoption
Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize cost-efficient acquisition of high-quality leads
Write ad copy that speaks to our customers needs and work with the in-house Creative team to develop high-performing assets across all devices and formats
Partner with the Editorial team on landing page strategy and opportunity.
Perform competitive analysis to determine any gaps and solutions
Track, report, and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders on a regular basis
Design, implement and report on A/B tests to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs
Test and experiment with new ad channels, products and technologies
Requirements
5 years of experience in paid search and display advertising, managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Proficiency in a scale tool (Ads Editor, SA360, Marin, Kenshoo) Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook/Instagram
Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a strong track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth
Rigor around testing, optimizing and sharing results
Ability to operate at both the scaled strategic and tactical levels
Understanding of the buying lifecycle and how to use digital marketing to grow portfolio categories.
Results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to analyze quantitative data to forecast impact, determine program effectiveness, and measure ROI
Detailed budget management and financial analysis
Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment,with a focus on transparency, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement
