The role of the Territory Manager is to ensure all HSSE, sales, financial, credit, operational and Non-Fuels Retailing plans are delivered through the implementation of customer and dealer value propositions that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with Network, Fleet Solutions, Commercial Fuels, Non-Fuels Retailing, Convenience Retail, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Supply Distribution, Legal teams.

Requirements:


Candidates can have 0 - 3 years of experience. Retail / sales professional in the respective LoB/SF with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other LoB’s is a plus
Fluency in English & Turkish
Valid driving license (B2)
Computer (MS) literacy

Dimensions:


Ensure that HSSE and Compliance are owned by the dealers as a way of living embedded in their DNAs.
Provide support and influence dealers to fully comply with local regulations and EMRA requirements
Deliver Territory P&L Contribution, B2C White Oil Auto Gas Volume, Non-Fuels Retailing income, Credit, Operational targets by taking site-based actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
Ensure all global and local retail programs, projects, key business activities and organizations are being followed and delivered successfully.
Manage DSO, OD, Credit Risks and related securities in line with STAS plans, and avoid bad debt
Support and deliver agreed execution plan of Convenience Retailing Dealer Value Preposition Offer on time (vs Non-Fuels Retailing SPANCOP) to maximize Non-Fuels Retailing Income
Maintain, grow and improve network in line with multiyear plan and collaboration with network team.
Provide feedback, share market information and take actions for Pricing proposals and utilize individual site profitability, especially for LPG
Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized by coaching and motivating Dealers, Site Managers, Frontline staff and Operations Support Specialists & Team Lead.
Support Pricing team to grow RTS penetration by signing new dealers into program and cooperation to minimize stock-outs in fuels and Auto gas
Support Supply and Distribution team to optimize our supply network and contract to minimize the risk of stock-outs and improve operational/physical conditions of facilities
Continuously monitor market, competitors, legislation, customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate into operations.
