nJob DescriptionnWhat will I be doing?nnA Director of Sales is responsible for developing, directing,ncontrolling and leading the site strategic initiatives and sales teams tonachieve the target sales volume, while maintaining inventory balance andnachieving the per tour cost efficiency balance. nResponsible for growing the business, providing support mechanisms tonbuild strong teams and attract and retain talent, as well as directing thenleadership necessary to achieve the site short term and long term objectives.nAdditional ResponsibilitiesnInclude:nnLead thendevelopment and execution of an annual site strategy to grow sales volume andnmaximize cost in line with present company objectives.nDevelop andnexecute effective anti-rescission programs and initiatives. Coordinate withnContracts & QAM to convert penders to solidnMotivate and leadnthe team with the organization's vision, mission and values at the forefront ofndecision making.nCoach, develop,nempower, measure, monitor and mentor direct reports for current business needsnand future leadership positions to support success planningnLead performancenand talent initiatives, including but not limited to the following areas: Pointnof Sales leads, Advance Training, Rotation, Pender Business, Front to BacknProgram, Guest Complaints, spiffs& contests, Half-Time meetingsnEnsure thenprofitability of the site project/s by exceeding sales and marketing targets atnor below cost of expense budget.nGenerate maximumnperformance in the sales force by utilizing predefined metrics.nnnnQualificationsnnWhat are we looking for?nHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
