Our client is in need for a Program Manager (L4)
to join their team in Colorado Springs.
Job Summary:
Organizing programs in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, preferably technical focused.
PMP Certification desired.
Minimum 12-15 years experience of relevant DoD work experience with no less than five years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment, within the last five years.
7 years experience in project management.
Security Clearance:
DoD active security TS/SCI is a requirement for this position. Candidates without proper clearance will not be considered.
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
