Summary
The Senior Project Manager will working on multiple hospitality projects at a time. They will be responsible for overseeing the project managers and working with the director of construction to make sure the project is completed in a timely manner.

Description
Analyze subcontractor bids
Prepare contracts and negotiate and revisions and changes
Assist the superintendent in schedule the project
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
Confer with project team, owners and design professionals
Determine and implement the exact needs of the client
Work hand in hand with the client and company COO
Supervise the project engineer and superintendents
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining construction documents and processing paperwork
Complete accounting reports, invoice owners and collect payments
Position requires a high-level of autonomy as it relates to decision-making that impacts company result
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
5-10 years experience working for a general contractor
Experience overseeing projects on your own from inception to completion
Oversight of multiple projects at once
Job Offer
