Job Overview:
As the Procurement Manager, OGM you will report directly to the Director of Procurement Compliance, Support & Strategy. In this role you will support the Procurement Team through order guide management, EMP implementation contract implementation and customer support. As the Procurement Manager you will understand all processes within the distribution supply chain in support of Elior units and provide back up to other Procurement Managers and Procurement Coordinator.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for contract implementation and compliance at distributors that include:

Elior Marketplace
Weekly order guide maintenance (i.e., Segment order guides, restriction charts in place, price rules, product additions, vendor requests)
Ownership of SKUs, processing stocking request, managing exceptions, monthly slow & dead, proprietary charts
Manage communication process of all new products and product changes (distributor updates) to customer support and Elior stakeholders
Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to reduce non-compliant vendor and non-compliant manufacturer spend
Assist in other Procurement team projects as directed by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelors or equivalent experience
5 years foodservice distribution experience
Customer centric individual with great interpersonal and communication skills
Must have strong time management, organizational and follow up skills
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Must be a team player and be willing to step in assist others should the need arise
Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have intermediate computer and software skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
