High volume operation, management responsibility for 12-15 employees, special attention to meeting and exceeding the requirements of the major DRP's that contract with this shop. Hiring requirements include minimum 5-10 years running a high quality/high volume body shop. Also looking for experience with state-of-the art body shop efficiencies, i.e blueprinting, parts staging, etc. The manager hired will by nature be a real people person, excellent communicator, highly efficient, task oriented and a solid member of the community.
