Ripple Effect Consulting is looking to hire Entry Level Construction Managers to perform construction material tests while taking on additional management responsibilities. DETAILS
Hourly Pay:
$20-$25/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours:
Monday Friday (8-10hours OT paid @ 1.5X - $50-$70k annual compensation)
RESPONSBILITIES
Perform tests on concrete, soil and asphalt for quality assurance purposes DOT, airports, commercial developments
Obtain: ACI, WAQTC Certifications (Pay Raises with certifications)
Mentor new field personnel over construction material tests performed in the field
Train new employees over report writing and day to day operations
Assist in scheduling internal employees daily schedules
Provide day to day project updates to internal project managers and clients
Oversee and adhere to all OSHA safety measures
Act as the primary contact for clients and subcontractors on a project by project basis
Assist in business development, risk assessments and bid preparations
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Engineering (any emphasis)
0 3 years of Construction Management experience
Desire to perform field work while learning the ins and outs of construction management
