Based in Washington DC, we are a fast-growing construction company that is considered one of the premier general contractors in the area. We operate in several other locations including Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO. We specialize in commercial tenant interiors and is seeking for Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator to join our growing firm

Job Details
Requirements:
High School Diploma required; two years of college preferred.
8 years of experience as superintendent on commercial interior, retail or building renovation projects
Capable of managing projects up to $10M
First Aid and CPR Certification
OSHA Competent Persons Training preferred (OSHA 30)
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop strong working relationships.
Continual determination for self-improvement.
Procore experience.
Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
Proven track record of client satisfaction and project profitability.
Excellent safety record.
