**We are seeking a Supervisor Retail Pharmacy - Credena Health** that will provide department supervision and has daily operational control in the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Supervisor serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and is responsible for ensuring the pharmacy is in compliance with the Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations and other state and federal laws. Responsibilities include management of pharmacy operations, performance management including supervision of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks, and other pharmacy staff. The Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee workflow development, production efficiency, and operational execution. The Pharmacy Supervisor will be responsible for the executing the financial and growth strategies and budgets. Additionally, this position will assist the pharmacy leadership with implementation and promotion related to regional and system pharmacy strategies.

Maintain knowledge of work-appropriate aspects of environment of care programs, complies with policies, and reports unsafe conditions
Successfully complete Environment of Care Healthstream modules in the required timeframes and participates in fire drills and emergency exercises, may label, transport, and store hazardous waste as described in annual training
Respect for Diversity: Demonstrate competency by knowing and applying the principles of an inclusive work environment
Manage daily operational activities of the pharmacy
Manage pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy clerks and other pharmacy staff
Interview and hires personnel, develops performance standards and conducts annual performance appraisals
Manage operational workflow and efficiency improvements
Participate in local marketing and promotional activities
Participate in development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance programs
Address individual patient related issues to assure patient safety and satisfaction
Ensure that regulatory requirements of operations are met
Participate in departmental leader meetings
Perform the duties of a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, pharmacy clerk, or other pharmacy requirements during staff shortages
Maintain in-depth pharmacy knowledge and clinical expertise in the practice of pharmacy
Maintain a high degree of visibility with the Pharmacy staff
**Qualifications:**
**Required qualifications for this position include:**
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Current active pharmacist license from the appropriate state(s)
One (1) of retail **-or-** specialty practice experience
Able to lead people and programs to optimize the pharmacy operations, growth, and profitability
Knowledge and ability to apply and comply with all State and Federal requirements related to the operation of an outpatient pharmacy
Knowledge to work independently and with the assistance and guidance of Human Resources to supervise caregivers
Able to create and foster a positive, inclusive environment and a motivated and inspired staff
Eligible to act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:**
PharmD Degree in Pharmacy **-or-** equivalent education/experience
One (1) of experience acting as a Pharmacist-in-Charge
One (1) of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
