POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Management (PM) Coordinator supports the communication and execution of all projects within North America Retail marketing. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Project Management. This individual is responsible for establishing project timelines based on information provided in the strategic brief under the direction of the Senior Manager. He or she assists the process from inception to completion, including participation in budgets, production schedules, resource allocation, delivery of assets, archive management, and the ability to know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may affect on time delivery. This role requires an understanding of the CK brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity. The PM Coordinator will work alongside marketing, creative, media, and integrated production across many levels of the organization. The PM Coordinator should have experience with project management and digital asset management software solutions. He/she should have experience with retail brands and an awareness of the go-to-market process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-2+ years project management experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skills:
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
Internal: Production, DAM Management, Regional Marketing, Creative/Studio, Operations, Fashion Office, Media, PR, and VM
External: 3rd party vendors and licensees when needed
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure projects fall within designated budget parameters

The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and communication and the ability to maintain efficient workflows. Detail-oriented/creative problem-solving traits necessary.
ENVIRONMENT:
The Agency has an open floor layout that encourages team members to engage and inspire one another. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs. Must be flexible and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to rapid changes, requests and deadlines.
