Job Summary

The Market & Competitive Growth Strategy team plays a key role in developing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s longer-term path to competitive differentiation with consumers. The foundation of our framework is (1) assessing how consumer preferences, priorities, and behaviors are evolving regarding broadband, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services; and (2) analyzing competitor efforts to serve those consumers. That consumer/market view provides the context for the longer-term path we help define for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to deliver unique and compelling services that resonate with consumers. Our mission: help identify new opportunities for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to drive longer-term growth and achieve competitive differentiation, and helping to inform our consumer marketing/advertising, product/technology, and partnership initiatives to fulfill that vision. The Director of Market & Competitive Growth Strategy (GTM and CX) will have lead responsibility for analyzing consumer preferences and priorities across our product and services suite, assessing competitors' go to market and customer experience efforts, and providing strategic recommendations regarding longer-term GTM and CX initiatives we should consider pursuing.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Develop specific strategic insights and recommendations regarding the following areas for Xfinity:

Consumer preferences and priorities re: broadband, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services

Analysis of competitor GTM and CX initiatives including policies and customer service

Analysis of opportunities with specific customer segments, in partnership with other teams including audience planning

Collaboration with acquisition and base management teams re: potential new strategic initiatives





Contribute to the development and refinement of the annual Long-term Growth Imperatives (LGI) framework that outlines the key strategic imperatives to be pursued over the next 2-3 years in providing unique and compelling services/experiences to consumers

Present strategic insights and implications (opportunities/threats) regarding consumer priorities, GTM, and CX to senior leaders across the company's HQ organization and the divisions

Build complex and varied consumer, competitive, and financial analysis and other studies

Deliver thought-leadership to influence strategic plans and competitive response

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
