The candidate will have the opportunity to scale Tenableu2019s technology stack and business processes in a rapid-growth environment, and to impact our customers, partners, and brand.Your Opportunity:Own delivery of high-value strategic initiatives. Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, applying best practices & standards of project management to deliver on commitments. This includes but is not limited to, project initiation, scoping, activity & resource planning, risk analysis & mitigation, execution, stakeholder management and project documentationDisplay a comprehensive understanding of Tenableu2019s overall suite of services, operating platform(s), business strategy, vision and priorities by identifying gaps, driving change, and influencing project related decisions to achieve project goals and delivery of desired resultsOversee various business SMEs in defining scope, planning, budgeting and controlling all projecttasks, resources and deliverablesLead and drive transformations across the team to improve processes which accelerate project delivery velocityServe as the primary liaison between IT and various business stakeholdersPerform continuous analysis to identify and prioritize high-impact process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost saving initiatives. A clear vision and knack for stakeholder management is criticalExecutive Presentations and Communications: Lead the preparation and production of executive presentations, including reviews, all hands meetings, off sites, and events. Drive internal communications strategy including team emails, websites, newsletters and videosWork with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and resolution of issuesAnticipate, creatively solve and proactively mitigates problemsWork with stakeholders to document business requirements and to develop solutions to meet Tenableu2019s corporate objectives. Measure and communicate status of projects and evangelize results of completed projectsDefine process performance measures in collaboration with operational owners and assess performance against metrics. Own our successes and failuresu00A0What Youu2019ll Need:u00A0Bacheloru2019s degree (B.S.) in Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience facilitating designing, building, testing, and implementing custom web applications or ERP/CRM systems, preferably using agile methodologiesExperience with managing remote teamsSolid understanding of value management and the importance of capturing quantitative business value of your portfolioDemonstrated understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques including business case development, ROI analysis, planning and issues managementExperience with front end B2B or B2C ordering platforms and related integrations, such as an eCommerce site or EDIAt a minimum of 10 years technical experience - project management, implementations, or upgrades in a large, public, multi-national, software companyDemonstrated data-driven decision-making skillsCreative, innovative thinking, intellectual curiosityProblem-solving and sound judgmentStrong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-taskAbility to document requirements and use-casesAbility to assess functional and technical gaps in designsAbility to define and articulate business benefits and costsExperience in developing detailed work plans for project activities within the scope of application responsibilityExperience with SOX compliance and change managementAnd Ideally:Scrum CertificationPMP CertificationSalesforce experienceExperience in facilitating design and configuration of ERP or CRM systemsExperience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to ERP and CRM systems5+ years of consulting experience preferredIf youu2019ve reached this point, and youu2019re still not sure if you should applyu2026..Just do it! Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
