Well respected New Car store with a long history of Family Ownership and many, many long-term employees.
Comprehensive H/R duties include benefits processing, onboarding new employees, Cobra, ACA reporting and 401k reports. Additionally, meeting with new hires for required paperwork, providing packets and processing application. Also, processing for terminated employees, reviewing pay and updating benefits statement.
Payroll duties include twice monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees using the ADP automated payroll system. Checking time posting for accuracy, preparing sales compensation reports and applying payroll to the general ledger (G/L).
Requires 3 years dealership H/R Payroll experience
and understanding of federal and state wage & hour regulations.
