Day to Day:
Produces or procures content for various online outlets such as website, blog, social media, sales collateral, and more; ability to write on behalf of the organization to a variety of target audiences
Develop and implement results-oriented digital marketing strategies that maximize return-on-investment as it relates to various business units within the organization
Analyze and report results that track and measure key account metrics and KPI’s such as lead generation, conversion rates, impressions, cost per click, etc. to help drive strategic decision-making across channels and communication efforts
Proactively stay abreast of industry trends and sales and delivery initiatives, to be able to provide technology-driven solutions, such as site-optimization, third-party platforms, and more
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism (or equivalent related field)
3-5 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role
Technical and/or staffing industry experience is preferred (although we’ll take self-professed quick-learners!)
Ability to write/create content with an awareness and understanding of the staffing industry — from sales collateral to blog posts
Experience with a variety of data analytics and reporting tools
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
Great attitude, positive energy, passion, and desire to be successful
Ability to work both independently and on a team, as well as with Executives
