We’re looking for a
Senior Engineering Manager
to join our team, where you'll be managing several squads working on one of Hudl’s most innovative new products: Wimu ( ****), a wearable device that contains a number of sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes) and is used by athletes in-game. This device is designed and built by the team.
You will also be managing one of our squads working with our internally built Focus smart cameras
. This team is working closely with our professional organisation customers to build and adapt our camera platform for their needs.You will be leading diverse teams of engineers as they develop, test, and maintain solutions to technical problems. Your teams will be working across a range of technologies, including Embedded C , C, ARM Cortex & NXP microprocessors, but don’t worry if you’re not familiar with all of these, as long as you are keen to learn, we definitely want to hear from you!
You Are
Bilingual.
As you will be working with teams in both Spain and the UK, it's important that you are confident communicating in both English and Spanish.

You Will
Manage engineers.
You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and serving engineers on your team.
Extend and maintain Hudl’s products
. You will play a key role in the development and maintenance of Hudl’s products for the elite sports market.
Deliver great user value
. You will work on one Hudl’s most innovative products that are changing the way coaches prepare for and stay ahead of the competition, likely making the difference between a loss and a win in a game.
Be an involved team member
. You will work collaboratively in scrum ceremonies and proactively and thoughtfully create tickets for the team’s backlog.
