General Description of Position:
Develop and promote the overall delivery of the Indianapolis Innovation Campus Program and services, including providing leadership, vision, and direction; achieve defined objectives by planning, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining service agreements.
Develop strategic partnerships matching students, faculty, and staff skills, talents, and expertise to the needs of the business, education, and greater Indianapolis community.
Business development and stakeholder management; promote Indianapolis Innovation Campus Program to a broad spectrum of stakeholders and cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships tied to delivering programming.
Major Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various internal and external groups, including staff, the business community, post- secondary institutions, area school districts, Ivy Tech Community College - Indianapolis administration, government entities, and community organizations.
Develop various documents and presentation materials to implement and maintain The Indianapolis Innovation Campus (I2C) services and programming.
Provide leadership in new I2C programming/projects to improve student educational services.
Facilitate implementation and evaluation of the I2C Program components, ensuring that “best practices” are utilized.
Perform various personnel functions, including supervising, collaborating, and evaluating to maximize Indianapolis Innovation Campus Program staff efficiency and productivity.
Compile data from internal and external sources to analyze issues, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and evaluate Indianapolis Innovation Campus Program components.
Facilitate and participate in a variety of meetings that involve a range of issues, including collaborating with Indianapolis Innovation Campus Business Partners to promote new programs, develop competencies for Indianapolis Innovation Campus programs, promote I2C Program internships, develop financial strategies to support the I2C Program, communicate information, develop recommendations, recruit students for the Program, support I2C staff and support the mission and vision of Ivy Tech Community College.
Recommend solutions to various complex issues to address I2C Program programming needs.
Research various topics related to the I2C Program curriculum and instruction.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external sources to identify relevant issues or needs and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
Research and pursue potential funding sources to develop new programs and assistance to the current I2C Program.
Develop and execute partnership agreements and MOUs with partners and agencies.
Represent I2C and the MIC Program by serving on boards, attending community events, advising agencies, and maintaining working relationships with various agencies and organizations.
Hire, support, and evaluate the I2C Program positions of Innovation Advisor & Internship Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or closely related fields with 5-7 years of experience with concept implementation.
2-3 years’ experience in a management position. Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
Proficient at project planning, budget management, and oversight. Forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situations.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds our students and employees represent and which every individual feels respected and valued
